Project Highlights

Short Bio

I currently hold the position of Professor of Visual Computing at the Upper Austrian University of Applied Sciences, Campus Hagenberg. Until 2021, I served as a post-doctoral researcher at the Institute of Computer Graphics at Johannes Kepler University Linz, having completed my Ph.D. degree there in 2018. My journey began in 2011 when I graduated from the master's program in Interactive Media at the University of Applied Sciences in Hagenberg. The following year, I joined the Rendering Group at Vienna University of Technology.
My research interests encompass computer vision, computational photography, machine learning, and drones. Specifically, I'm intrigued by optimal sampling strategies and the development of innovative algorithms for multi-view data, such as light fields.
